If you are under age 18 or do not agree, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICE.

All companies, headshops, pipes, papers, products, service providers and other entities sold, referenced, reviewed, interviewed or promoted within the btl.co.zaor btl.co.za domain are intended for legal and/or tobacco use by adults (18 years or older) only. Any other use of such products, by minors or for use with controlled substances is prohibited by and may constitute a violation of International, National, Federal, State, Provincial and/or Local laws. Please use products responsibly.

General

Orders will be delivered to destinations within the borders of South Africa only. If you wish to place an order for an international address, please select the International Shipping option at checkout. All prices displayed and transactions will be processed in South African Rands.

Office hours and contact info

Our office hours are between 9AM and 4:20PM on weekdays.
We are however not available 100% during these hours due to network reception limitations in our area or being busy with a client.

All queries are responded to ASAP.

Your details and privacy

All client information is kept confidential and will not be sold to some third party, who’ll phone/sms/spam or otherwise irritate you. We do not require your identity information or proof thereof, but your order will need to be signed for by you upon delivery by the courier or collection at your local post office. This may require proof of identity from you when receiving your order. You therefore must use your real name on your order details. A South African drivers license or Identity Document will do when receiving your package.

Courier

No more going postal waiting in queues, you order will be delivered directly to you.

All orders will be dispatched within 2 working day of your payment being received. Your order will be processed only once we have received payment. Payments received after 14h00 will be processed the following working day.

There may be occasions when we will be away on a mission for a few days, and will display any potential dispatch delays on our home page. Once your order has been dispatched, we will notify you of this by email and your order can then be traced online or telephonically with our professional courier service provider.

Regular Delivery (R75) takes up to 4 working days to arrive, please make sure that you are are available to receive your order.

Speed Delivery (R150) takes up to 2 working days to arrive once,  please make sure that you are are available to receive your order.

If you have any special delivery requirements such as receipt by a third party or preferred delivery time, please specify these details in the comments section of the checkout process.
Please direct your queries to the courier when following up on the delivery status of the order. Deliveries to outlying or remote areas (aka The Sticks)  may experience delays in arrival.

Should your order go missing on its way to you or arrive damaged, we will need to complete the necessary insurance paper work. This may require feedback or documents from you and will therefore have to be processed as soon as possible.

Goods are only shipped within the borders of South Africa.

International Delivery

International Shipping (R1,250) is sent by international courier and is delivered to your door within 1 week. All international orders include a tracking number and insurance. Please note that delivery to rural parts of the world may take a week or two longer. You will be responsible for the payment of any applicable customs duties for the country of delivery and our courier will assist you in this regard.

Should your order go missing on its way to you or arrive damaged, we will need to complete the necessary insurance paper work. This may require feedback or documents from you and will therefore have to be processed as soon as possible.

Guarantee and refunds

The utmost care will be taken when shipping your order to you. If you order hits a bumpy road on the way to you there may be some breakage. Should the products arrive damaged, you will need to tell us about this with 24 hours of signing for your order with the courier. In this instance, the damaged product/s will need to be returned to us and received by us within 7 days of you signing for receipt of the order. This will be arranged by us and we will cover the costs of sending the replacement order to you as per the initial order.

Should the products not arrive at all, you will need to tell us about this within 1 working week. In this instance, the missing order will be replaced with the costs of sending the replacement order to as per the initial order.

Should you place an order without checking for any compatibility issues or that the item will perform to you expectations, we will not refund or replace the used items. If you are uncertain about any aspect of your purchase, please contact us first as we will gladly assist you in order to ensure that your aren’t disappointed in any way.

Warranty on electronic goods. All warranties will be held with the original agent for the product and as specified by the applicable agent. We will facilitate any warranty claims between you and the supplier. Warranties will be specified in the product description. Should products be miss-used or abused by the user, we will not facilitate a warranty claim for the item and will refer you directly to the manufacturer or distributor to make the applicable warranty claim.

Due to the oral and fragile nature of most of our products, we are not able to offer refunds of any sort. Should there be a delivery breakage, electronic goods warranty claim or missing order; we will replace the items/s with one of the same product/s. Should we be out of stock of the items/s, we will offer you the option to pick alternative item/s at a similar total value or a refund to be electronically transferred to you. We will not hold credits or offer vouchers.

Should you need to return an item, we will facilitate the collection of the item from you and its delivery to us. There may a courier charge applicable and we will discuss with you before proceeding with the collection/delivery.

All products are to be used responsibly and we do not take any liability for the misuse of product in any way whatsoever.

Fair Use of Glass

We are not able to offer any guarantee on glass that has already been safely delivered. The moment that you are satisfied the product has arrived fully intact and do not immediately notify us of any apparent flaws, we are reasonably no longer able to offer any warranty or guarantee due to the fragile nature of glass and the product now being completely out of our hands.
As it will not be financially practical to attempt any repairs on broken glass items, care should be taken to ensure that glass products are not bumped, tapped or dropped in anyway.
Pipe cleaners, scrubbing brushes and other cleaning utensils should be avoided as they will likely damage fragile components. Rinsing with an alcohol based solvents makes cleaning easy and safe for the glass.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers carry no expiry date and will not accrue interest. As purchases made with vouchers may qualify for Free Shipping, we are are unable to let the purchase of vouchers contribute to the Free Shipping value of the total order when purchasing the voucher. Vouchers will only be redeemable online.
Discount codes will not be able to to be applied when using a gift voucher to make a purchase, as we are only able to process one voucher or discount code per order.

Vouchers will be e-mailed to purchasers, to then print or E-mail accordingly.
